ALASTAIR COOK


Alastair Cook born 25 December 1984. He is an English cricket player. He is the captain of the England test and one-day international teams. He is a left-handed opening batsman. He made his debut at the age of 21. Alastair Cook making centuries in his first Test matches against India, Pakistan, West Indies and Bangladesh. He was appointed as the captain of the Test team after fellow opener Andrew Strauss' retirement on 29 August 2012. On 6 December 2012, Cook became England's leading scorer of centuries after making a hundred against India in Kolkata. 28 December 2013, Alastair Cook became the youngest to complete 8000 test runs. He is a very good player and a good captain.
